Sniper Tape is a high strength cotton cloth tape, with a matte finish and a pressure sensitive adhesive. Many soldiers in the armed forces use this for camouflage, concealment or silencing. ![]()
While on ops, soliders will wrap their weapons and gear with sniper tape to reduce glare. From optics to bag clips, everything that can give away your position is covered. This helps the solider to blend into the environment and not be found. Besides reducing glare, sniper tape can also be used for noise reduction, wrapping items in sniper tape will reduce clanging and rattling, which will help conceal your position. Sniper tape is also used for a quick fix, from a clothing patch to fixing equipment temporarily. ![]()
