Online Orders

You may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at surplus@bogeyknights.co.uk with your order number and photos. We will arrange replacement, refund, or return at our cost.

In-Store Purchases

Surplus items are sold as-seen. Exchanges considered at the manager's discretion within 7 days, with proof of purchase.

Excluded Items

Cut-to-length rope, bespoke orders, and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return

1. Email us with your order number.
2. We'll send return instructions.
3. Pack items securely and ship to the address provided.
4. Refunds processed within 7 working days of receipt.
