Refund & Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please read our policy below.

Returns Eligibility

Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned with original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost/damaged during return transit.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods.

Return Timeframe

Once a return has been authorised and sent by the customer, the item must be received back at our store within 30 days.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

• The item has been used or damaged
• The item is returned outside of the stated return periods
• Proof of purchase cannot be provided
