6 - Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

7 - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Where applicable, items must be returned in their original condition and may be subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Unless otherwise stated, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items may show signs of wear, age, storage, or previous use, and may include odours or other characteristics of surplus stock.
Where applicable, we use grading as a guide only:
Grade A – Supergrade: Excellent condition with minimal signs of use.
Grade B – Good Condition: Moderate wear but fully usable.
Grade C – Fair/Serviceable: Significant wear but generally functional unless stated otherwise.
Product images are for illustration only and actual items may vary slightly.

9. Product Use & Legal Compliance

Products are intended for lawful civilian use only, including collecting, display, re-enactment, film, or similar purposes.
Products must not be used for impersonation or misrepresentation as police, military, emergency services, security personnel, or any authority figure.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to purchase, possession, import, and use.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where misuse, fraud, or unlawful intent is suspected.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from this website.
We are not responsible for issues arising after delivery or from unlawful use of products.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third parties or customs authorities.
