NATO Military Clothing Size Guide
British military and NATO clothing is often labelled using measurements in centimetres rather than standard Small, Medium and Large sizing.
For jackets, shirts, smocks and similar garments, a size such as 180/104 generally indicates a recommended height of approximately 180 cm and a chest measurement of approximately 104 cm.

NATO Military Trouser Size Guide
British military trousers are commonly marked with three measurements, for example 75/80/96.
The measurements are in centimetres and generally represent:
75 = inside leg
80 = waist
96 = seat
Some garments may instead carry a two-part NATO size, particularly different styles or generations of military clothing.

Hat & Headwear Size Guide
Military, police and uniform headwear may be marked in centimetres, UK hat sizes or Small, Medium and Large.
To find your size, use a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head, approximately 1 cm above your eyebrows and just above your ears. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug without pulling it tight.
